Tobago Deliveries Are Back!!

Dear Valued Tobago Members,

We are pleased to announce the re-introduction of our delivery service in Tobago.  Over the months, you have provided us with an overwhelming number of requests and feedback to bring back deliveries to Tobago. As a result of your valuable feedback and careful planning and consideration we are now able to once again, offer this service to you.

To ensure that we are able to efficiently service our customers on all parts of the island, it is expected that deliveries will be done on different days for different areas. Customers will receive delivery notices via email, stating the date the package will be out on delivery and customers will also be contacted the day before to confirm that they will be accepting their delivery. 

We are asking all customers who wish to receive delivery, to visit their Customer Dashboard and update their addresses, to reflect this choice. See steps below;

1.    Select the ‘UPDATE PROFILE’ tab on the left vertical bar or from the Menu Bar in the top right corner if viewing from a mobile device. 

2.    Click on ‘EDIT’ under ‘MANAGE ADDRESS’

3.   Select ‘Delivery at my address’

4.   Enter your address

5.   Click ‘submit’
