If the item is fulfilled by amazon and or sold from amazon and arrives damaged to my freight forwarder's address - can I return for claims?

If the item was delivered to a freight forwarder and damaged, you may return the item back to us for your refund.

If the item is fulfilled by third party seller and arrives damaged to my freight forwarder's address who is my claim directed to?

If the third party item arrives damaged to your freight forwarder, you may also return the item back to us Amazon for your refund.

If the item is fulfilled by amazon and or sold from amazon or third party seller and arrives damaged to my country - who is my claim directed to?

If the item was sold and shipped by Amazon and arrived damage, you may contact us and we will provide a return label for you to return the item back to us for your replacement or your refund. Also, if the item was sold by a third party seller, you may contact us, so we can contact the seller as we do not have direct access to their inventory so we can ask a refund or a replacement to them.
