After your items arrive in Trinidad and clear Customs & Excise, we arrange for dispatching through delivery with our Drivers or to our Trinidad and Tobago branches for collecting. An email notification will be sent prior to delivery to the email address that you registered with.
Our delivery service is at no charge to you for the first two delivery attempts. Customers can request our delivery service to their home or office, once there is someone to collect and make a payment approximately between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Regular deliveries are done only from Monday through Friday, not on Public Holidays or Weekends.
Payment methods accepted on Delivery are Credit Card, Linx, pre-approved Cheques, PayPal and online Credit Card facilities - must be paid prior to delivery of driver arrival.
Note: We aim to deliver anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago, however, certain areas of the country may provide limitations and restrictions in meeting with our delivery efforts, and we can therefore, refuse to deliver in certain areas at our discretion, whereas you will be notified.
Customers are required to pay a Tobago Transport Surcharge of ($2.00 USD per Invoice). Items are brought to Trinidad and then dispatched to Tobago after it is sorted by our Trinidad Warehouse via the ferry. This surcharge is necessary to cover freight and handling expenses on route from Trinidad to Tobago.
Packages are scheduled to be sent three (03) times a week, however where a need arises, additional trips are made.
