CSF Proudly presents to you THE first-ever Skybox Drive-Thru Pickup Service in Trinidad & Tobago and the Caribbean. Our grand opening will be on October 02nd, 2023. Catch us open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To commemorate this milestone, we’ll be giving away limited-edition tokens to the first 20 customers every day until October 14th, 2023. Discover the benefits of using our Skybox Drive-thru pickup service, such as saving time, avoiding parking hassles, convenient opening hours, and reducing contact with others.
Here’s what you need to know when picking up packages at our drive-thru:
• You must pay online for your package.
• Requests can only be made through the CSF App.
• You are required to make your request 15 minutes in advance.
• Televisions, monitors, and packages over 75 lbs cannot be collected at the window.
A new icon will appear on the CSF app home page named “Drive Thru” on Sunday 01st, October 2023, where you can proceed to put through your request. Pick-up will now be easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Make your drive-thru pick-up request.
2. Head on over to our Head office and drive up to our user-friendly Kiosk to process your pick-up.
3. Drive up to the window and collect your package.
